Policies

Ordering Policy

Cash Payment: Orders placed with a cash payment method require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Online/Phone Orders: Payment must be completed in full before processing. Custom Arrangements: Custom designs require at least 48 hours’ notice. Larger events (e.g., weddings) require a consultation and at least two weeks’ advance booking. Rush Orders: Rush orders are accepted based on availability and may incur an additional fee.

Delivery Policy

Delivery Area: We offer delivery within North Miami and Broward county of the store. Fees apply based on distance. Same-Day Delivery: Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM for same-day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the next business day. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check details before submitting.

Refunds and Exchanges

Fresh Flowers: Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or store credit. Non-Perishable Items: Vases, gifts, and other non-perishable items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days with a valid receipt, provided they are in original condition. Custom Orders: All sales for custom orders and wedding/event arrangements are final. No refunds or cancellations once production has begun.

Cancellations

Orders canceled at least 24 hours before the delivery or pickup time will be refunded in full. Orders canceled less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

Substitution Policy

We reserve the right to substitute flowers or materials of similar value and quality if specific items are unavailable due to seasonal or supply limitations. We will always strive to maintain the integrity and aesthetic of the arrangement.

Privacy Policy

Customer information, including contact details and payment information, is kept strictly confidential and used only for order processing and communication.

Payment Methods

We accept cash upon delivery / pick up, credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), and mobile payment options (Apple Pay, Google Pay). Checks are not accepted. .
